The See Through Network is a global alliance of experts combining hard science with sophisticated storytelling. Since its 2021 launch, The Network has evolved four interconnected initiatives:
- See Through News (2021): Journalism, outreach, and education

- See Through Carbon (2023): Free, open-source, transparent carbon reporting ecosystem

With over 1 million Facebook group members and 300,000 YouTube views, the Network’s potential to reach ordinary people is big and growing. Hundreds of volunteers contribute pro bono, united by their mission to help ordinary people measurably reduce emissions.
The Network has no bank account, freeing its operations from corporate influence and funding bias. Its integrity-driven model has, ironically, attracted more than US$500,000 worth of unsolicited in-kind donations.
The Role: Human Resources Manager
You will oversee and coordinate HR operations across The Network’s four arms, ensuring smooth collaboration, professional development, and communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing HR operations across the Network
- Recruiting and supporting HR leads across the Network
- Planning, implementing, monitoring, and quality-controlling HR processes
- Defining personnel requirements and developing job descriptions
- Recruiting, shortlisting, and onboarding global contributors
- Managing colleague relations and mentoring where relevant
- Fostering strategic collaborations with partners
- Ensuring effective internal communication between Trustees, Advisors, and operational teams

Board of Trustees and Advisory Board
Collaborates with:
Managers of See Through News, See Through Games, See Through Carbon, and See Through Together
