• BE INFORMED: Subscribe to our (always free, no data ever sold) weekly newsletter. Each pithy edition contains links to an original article, video and podcast episode created by the See Through Network. Read the article, watch the video, listen to the podcast, share them all.

• KNOW YOUR IMPACT: Get your business/organisation to apply for See Through Carbon’s Pilot. Every successful participant gets a free, accurate, carbon footprint calculation. Small businesses may also qualify for free carbon-reducing advice.

• JOIN US: Complete our registration form. We’ll match your particular skills, interests and commitment to roles that best suit you, and you’ll join our expanding global network creating all this content, carbon calculators and nudges to move ordinary people into taking effective climate action.

Funding

Whatever you do, don’t give us any money.

The See Through Network has no bank account. Everything we do is driven 100% by committed individuals working pro bono. Any hard costs are paid directly by donors. 

Unencumbered by money, our integrity and independence guaranteed, the See Through Network is free to focus on effective action to reduce carbon. Money is control, and the best guarantee of maintaining our carbon reduction focus is not to rely on any.

The See Through’s is rich in older currencies like stories, and new ones like eyeballs. It barters The Best Story for effective climate action that verifiably promote sustainability and wean ordinary people away from our fossil fuel addiction.

The See Through Network

The See Through Network is a global community, united by three key factors:

• Diversity: People from all backgrounds, with a wide range of complementary skills
• Sustainability: a shared concern about our inaction in addressing our climate emergency
• Pragmatism: a drive to blend hard science with sophisticated storytelling to achieve measurable results 

You’ve probably arrived here from one of the See Through Network’s four programmes. All four share the same Goal (measurably reducing carbon) and use the same Methodology (‘transparent Trojan Horse’).

Fun, friendly, factful online games to engage players, while guiding them along an interactive path to Think, Learn, and then Act on carbon drawdown.

See Through Carbon (est. 2023)

⁠Free, accurate, open-source, transparent carbon footprint reporting and emissions reduction advice ecosystem.

See Through Together (est. 2024)

⁠Social media to reach Unwilling Inactivists, i.e. people who accept the science and reality of human-induced climate change, but who feel powerless to do anything about it.
